At MW Law, our experience in Wills, Probate and Elder Law dates back over 50 years of practice development in Greensborough and at Mitcham.

In that time, we have attended to and cared for many of the personal and private interests of our clients including succeeding generations of the same families. We have prepared and retained their Wills, safeguarded their interests, and administered their estates.

To ensure that your estate is distributed according to your wishes, you must have a Will. Otherwise, if you die without leaving a valid Will, your estate will be administered according to the intestacy provisions of the Administration and Probate Act. This means that your estate may be distributed differently to how you might otherwise have intended.

Make the time now to make a legally binding will, as it will save your family stress and money during a difficult and emotional time

If we can be of assistance to you, or in relation to your estate planning, wills, elder law needs, or concerning any contested estate claims, please call Beth on 9837 2100 for Mitcham or 9435 3811 for Greensborough.
