Otherwise, if you die without leaving a valid Will, your estate will be administered according to the intestacy provisions of the Administration and Probate Act. This means that your estate may be distributed differently to how you might otherwise have intended.

Powers of Attorney

Probate and Administration

Probate is a legal document issued by the Court confirming that a Will is valid and that assets can now be distributed to the beneficiaries in accordance with the Will. MW Law can
